Kim's career has spanned 14 years with experience as a buyer's agent, listing agent and associate broker. Originally from Connecticut, she relocated here after her husband's submarine duty in the Navy in 1986, on the U.S.S. Dallas. Kim raised her children in the Fairfax County School System and has vast knowledge of the area. With a background in marketing and design, she has helped transform properties, taking them from "Staged to Sold". She and her husband have renovated 6 properties on their own, so Kim has the vision to help make your house a dream home!

Erika grew up in Northern Virginia and attended Fairfax County Schools. A graduate of George Mason University, she has a love for the community. As a licensed agent, Erika was raised in a real estate family, and has been assisting Kim as long as she can remember. With a fabulous eye for detail, Erika supports the staging element of our business and continues to grow our real estate family. Newly married, she knows what buyers are looking for in a home!
